H αστυνομία της Οκλαχόμα συνέλαβε μια γυναίκα όταν η 12χρονη κόρη της γέννησε ένα παιδί και η οικογένεια έκανε πάρτι για να το γιορτάσει.
Παρά το γεγονός ότι ήταν το παιδί του βιαστή της 12χρονης…
Η αστυνομία της Tulsa δήλωσε πως η μητέρα Desiree Castaneda και τα άλλα μέλη της οικογένειας γνώριζαν για τη σχέση του θύματος με τον 24χρονο Juan Miranda-Jara, ο οποίος είδε έκπληκτος την αστυνομία να τον συλλαμβάνει στις 14 Ιουλίου, όταν συνόδευε τη 12χρονη στο μαιευτήριο για να γεννήσει.
«Εκείνο τον καιρό, λαμβάναμε πολλές ερωτήσεις που μας έλεγαν ‘‘πού είναι οι γονείς;’’», δήλωσε το αστυνομικό τμήμα της πόλης στη σελίδα του στο Facebook, «η οικογένεια επέτρεψε τη σχέση, κι έτσι έχουμε φωτογραφίες με την οικογένεια να παραθέτει πάρτι για το θύμα και τον ύποπτο».

On 7/14/21, officers were called out to a hospital in midtown Tulsa regarding a potential rape.
The suspect, Juan Miranda-Jara, stated that he was in a relationship with the 12-year-old victim that started in October of 2020. The victim was at the hospital and was in labor delivering his child at the time.
Miranda-Jara admitted that he is the biological father of the 12-year-old’s baby.
Miranda-Jara was arrested for 1st Degree Rape of a minor.
The investigation into the details surrounding this case is ongoing.

A few weeks ago, we told you about the arrest of 24-year-old Juan Miranda-Jara. He was arrested for 1st Degree Rape after a 12-year-old girl gave birth to his child in a midtown hospital.
At the time, we received many questions along the lines of, “Where were the parents?”
At the time, the investigation was ongoing.
The investigation revealed that the victim’s mother and family members were aware of the relationship between the victim and Miranda-Jara. The family permitted the relationship, and there are photos of the family throwing a baby shower for the victim and the suspect.
We can now say that the 12-year-old’s mother, Desiree Castaneda, has been arrested and charged with:
– Enabling Child Sex Abuse
– Child Neglect
The victim’s father is currently in prison serving a 12 year sentence for 1st Degree Rape, unrelated to this case.
This is an arrest, not a conviction.
